- Fixed character info containers (cowboy's cylinder, wiz gravity, etc) moving around on the screen based on the matchup (this will hopefully fix some problems with mods). They're also slightly more compact.

- Has immediate throw invulnerability when jumping forward now.
Push Block
- Increased push trigger distance (80px -> 110px)
- Chip damage during Push Block is reduced to 33% and cannot kill you.
Ninja
- Slide Kick
- Is now -3 on block (from -2).
Wizard
Kick
- Is now +1 on block (from +0)
Icicle (grounded) (forward)
- Is now +0 on block (from +1)
Cowboy
- Pommel
- Is now -1 on block (from -2)
Robot
LOIC
- Increased pushback on block.
- Fire won't hit people who are jumping but still technically grounded.
Command Grab
- Throw invulnerability starts 1 frame sooner (3f -> 2f)
Bounds Check
- +3f IASA on throw (26f -> 29f)
Earthquake
- Fixed issue where its animation didnt play after Bounds Check.
